dailystar.co.ukDani Dyer's boyfriend Sammy Kimmence is facing time in prison after admitting to scamming two pensioners out of £34,000.Kimmence appeared in Portsmouth Crown Court on Monday he told the court he posed as a financial investor to get the cash.He tricked two men, one in their 90s and the other in their 80s out of the money after duping the pensioners to allow hm to invest the money.The Court heard on Monday how Kimmence took on the two men as clients after the investment company he worked at prior closed.
He falsely told them he was authorised to make the transactions.Last week Kimmence pleaded not guilty, however, on Monday morning he changed his plea.In total he pleaded guilty to five counts of fraud.
