The grand finale of the show took place tonight and as Sonny's name was announced, the 27-year-old broke down in tears.The radio host and his skating partner Angela Egan were up against Faye Brookes and Matt Evers after Colin Jackson and his partner Klabera Komini placed third.In true Dancing on Ice fashion, the two finalists were challenged to skate the Bolero, a take on Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean's well known performance, and the public went on to vote for who should take the crown.
