DANCING on Ice’s Ria Hebden reveals nasty backstage accident that viewers never got to see on screen. The TV star, 39, took part in the 14th series of the ITV show earlier this year, which was won by Regan Gascoigne.
Ria, who was paired with Łukasz Różycki, was the second star to be eliminated from the competition. Over the years viewers have seen many nasty falls play out on their screens, but Ria was "very lucky" that she didn't suffer with any during training.
However it did happen once - moments before they were due to dance live on air. Recalling the accident in an exclusive chat with The Sun, Ria said: "Lukasz dropped me seconds before we went and performed to the nation in front of millions of people when we were training backstage!
