SEAN Rice's heartbroken celebrity ice-dance partner has paid tribute to him after his death at just 49. Olympic skier Chemmy Alcott took to Twitter to share her sadness over the news, posting a tribute to the Dancing on Ice star.
Chemmy, 39, wrote: "Have just heard the tragic news that Sean Rice, my partner from DOI has passed away. "The world will miss your amazing energy and your healing hands.
All my love to J and S. x." Chemmy and Sean competed together in the 2012 series of Dancing on Ice, during which they were the second pairing to face elimination from the show.
Sean and his wife Jodeyne had one daughter together - Signey, now eight, who was born in October 2013. Following the news of Sean's passing, many of his fellow Dancing on Ice stars paid tribute.
