Dan Walker’s Strictly partner Nadiya Bychkova ‘has split from fiance and father of her child’

DAN Walker's Strictly Coming Dancing partner Nadiya Bychkova has reportedly split from her fiance. The 32-year-old broke up with Matija Škarabot, the father of her five-year-old daughter Mila, after struggling with a long-distance relationship.

The dancer is said to be focused on Strictly and its tour of the UK, while her footballer fiancé, 33, remains in Slovenia. She has been seen without her engagement ring in recent weeks.

A source told MailOnline: "Nadiya and Matija haven't been together for some time now. "Matija is dedicated to his footballing career in Slovenia and Nadiya is predominantly based in London. "Performing on Strictly and the Strictly Live Tour takes up half her year, in the end the commitment to their jobs made it too difficult for the relationship to work.
