PRESENTER Dan Walker’s BBC Breakfast replacement will earn more than £100,000 a year for a three-day week. A job ad posted online revealed the successful applicant would be in the Beeb’s bespoke FP pay band — which is for “its most senior 100 to 150 on-air presenters”.
The ad says the working pattern is usually Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and based at Media City, Salford. And the 26.25 hours a week include travel time for location work where necessary.
In the job ad posted to replace Dan, the BBC stated they were “seeking a Chief presenter to work with Sally Nugent, Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt on the UK’s most watched morning show.” Applicants should be “authoritative and experienced” as well as “warm and entertaining”. .css-16e4f55{margin:16px 0;}.css-1czxmma{background-color:rgba(252,239,255,1);margin:16px 0;}.css-1tapza8{padding:20px 15px;}.css-1bk4jdt{padding:20px.
