Passengers on the ship spoke of their horror at the terrifying incident as Alicia Amador told Juneau Empire it was a "horrible experience".She said: "The whole boat came to a complete stop from the impact", before adding that the iceberg was "the size of a semi-truck".Jason Newman was also on the cruise and told KTOO: "The ship had a severe judder.
