A police source told Lanarkshire Live : “We were made aware of a crowd gathered on Greenfield Drive shortly after 7pm last Monday (November 22). “Officers attended and engaged with the group who dispersed later in the evening.”A concerned local resident, who asked not to be named, told us that "it’s worrying" to have an alleged sex offender "living so near a school and in an area where lots of children live and are outside playing".Our source added: “I’m glad he has been driven out the street, but where does he go now?"The police and council need to make sure he’s not housed so close to a school next time.”A second protest took place in Wishaw’s Stewarton Street the following night with crowds gathering believing the same alleged paedophile was in one of the properties.Sgt.
