Crooks last seen in Lanarkshire nabbed by cops 200 miles away in Greater Manchester

Eagle-eyed cops have nicked four people wanted in connection with a high value theft in Edinburgh - more than 200 miles away.

The Audi A4 was initially chased by Police Scotland officers on Wednesday, March 9, before being lost from sight in Lanarkshire.

The silver vehicle was later spotted by road policing officers on the M61 and followed by a force helicopter to Salford in England.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
