Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo insists he and his team-mates are continuing to work hard to make the "supporters proud" following their dramatic 1-0 win over West Ham United at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
Substitute Marcus Rashford, tasked with stepping off the bench for the second Premier League game in succession, netted a 93rd minute winner to secure a second straight victory and lift United back into the top-four for the first time since October, replacing the Hammers in the process.
Rashford tapped home from close quarters, connecting with Edinson Cavani's square ball, to seal what could prove to be a defining three points in the race for a top-four finish, sending Old Trafford into raptures in the process.
Although it was Rashford that led the celebrations, he was soon joined and pounced upon by his team-mates, all of whom revelled in the moment.
