Lucy Bate, of Delamere Academy in Tarporley, Cheshire, has added a special tool to her lesson plan - and it's a bit more interesting than a calculator.
The creative key stage two teacher has been making the most of the good weather and taking class outside, using a drone to capture the imagination of her maths pupils.
Heading out to the school's playing fields, the class has been learning their times tables by arranging themselves into different number formations while the drone captures the scene from the air.
