Couple slapped with £1,250 fine for parking on their own driveway

If we show them a historical photo that showed a car ... or a horse-drawn buggy in the carport," Judy Craine told KGO-TV. The Craines did find a photo from 34 years ago that showed the car in the spot, but officials said the document wasn't old enough.
