Council confirms uplift to dispose of real Christmas trees for Lanarkshire residents

North Lanarkshire residents with real Christmas trees can have them disposed of by the local authority free of charge.The council confirmed that a pick-up for the trees would take place over three Saturdays in January.A statement on the council’s website read: “Real Christmas trees (with all decorations removed) will be collected free of charge on Saturday, January 8, 15 and 22.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
