Coronation Street favourite Michael Le Vell has confirmed that co-star Charlie De Melo, who plays Imran Habeeb, has finished filming on the soap.Michael, who plays longstanding character Kevin Webster on the show, shared the news when he appeared on This Morning on Friday (May 27).The actor, 57, appeared on the programme alongside his on-screen wife Sally Carman, who plays Abi Franklin.

Michael and Sally appeared on the programme to talk about the latest storylines.It has been teased by the soap that the battle for baby Alfie will heat up between Abi and Imran in tense upcoming scenes.Speaking about the drama that is set to ensue, Michael said: "There's a quite intense week coming up, mainly for Abi and Imran Habeeb, which we found out is not that easy to say.
