Coronation Street fans were left in tears during the latest episode as the ITV soap paid tribute to Manchester Arena bombing victim and superfan Martyn Hett.On the fifth anniversary of the tragic terrorist attack, which took 22 lives, Friday night's show (May 20) included a scene which saw Gail and Eileen visit a memorial bench with flowers.A plaque on the bench read: "For Martyn and all those who lost their lives on the 22nd of May 2019.
We stand together."The touching moment caused Corrie viewers to well up and get lumps in their throats.One viewer wrote: "Sweet nod to the anniversary of the Manchester Arena bombing on #CoronationStreet.
