Speculation mounted last night that the Scottish Government will introduce a traffic light system by the end of the month which provide a list of foreign countries Scots can travel to without the need for quarantine.
Under Scotland's most recent routemap out of lockdown, significant restrictions should be eased as of Monday, May 17.These include allowing people to invite a limited number of guests into their home, pubs and restaurants being able to serve alcohol to customers indoors, and cinemas and bingo halls reopening.
