On Friday evening, long-running ITV soap Coronation Street closed the doors on one of their much-loved young characters, Seb Franklin.
Son to Abi (played by Sally Carman) Seb died as the result of a vicious attack against him and his girlfriend Nina (Mollie Gallagher).
Played out by 21 year old Harry Visinoni, Seb’s unexpected death saddened viewers up and down the country. However, when we caught up with Harry, he revealed that he was more than willing to close the door on his Corrie career. “It is a huge story,” Harry acknowledged. “It was in October and I'd asked to meet with Iain [MacLeod], the executive producer, to talk about potential avenues for Seb and this was basically proposed as an option,” he revealed.
