Charlie Condou has shared his fears that he’s suffering the effects of long Covid. The Coronation Street star, 48, took to Twitter on Thursday to reveal his self-diagnosis with fans.
Long Covid is a condition in which coronavirus survivors still suffer some of the symptoms of the virus weeks – or even months – after they originally contracted it.
The actor, who previously played Marcus Dent in the long-running ITV soap, said that he has been experiencing incredible pain before he quizzed his followers for further knowledge.
Charlie revealed that since battling Covid last year, he has lost the use of his thumb and forefinger. The soap star pleaded with fans to share any information they may have on the relation to Covid and nerve damage.
