Charlie Condou has shared his fears that he’s suffering the effects of long Covid. The Coronation Street star, 48, took to Twitter on Thursday to reveal his self-diagnosis with fans.

Long Covid is a condition in which coronavirus survivors still suffer some of the symptoms of the virus weeks – or even months – after they originally contracted it.

The actor, who previously played Marcus Dent in the long-running ITV soap, said that he has been experiencing incredible pain before he quizzed his followers for further knowledge.
