Coronation Street fans have been left concerned for Leanne Battersby’s wellbeing in the wake of Harvey Gaskell surviving being swallowed by a sinkhole.
Super Soap Week has seen an array of events unfold on the cobbles, including a sinkhole at the Platt household that could have been prevented.
News later got out that David Platt, who’s been on the popular Manchester-based soap since 2000, could have had the hole fixed months ago but failed to do so, leading to several Coronation Street residents confronting him.
However, the sinkhole proved a saving grace for Leanne who was about to be attacked moments before Harvey fell through the ground.
