A convicted terrorist recruiter suspected by an expert in radicalisation of grooming Manchester Arena bomber Salman Abedi has said he will assist the public inquiry into the atrocity and give evidence, if he's 'treated fairly'.
Abdalraouf Abdallah, 27, said he was 'here for the families' and described himself as 'a man of my word' as he appeared on Wednesday at the inquiry into the 2017 terror bombing.
Abdallah, who was paralysed from the waist down after being injured in 2011 during the Libya uprising, spoke from a wheelchair in the witness stand in court surrounded by prison officers.
He was scheduled to give evidence - but his legal team successfully applied for an adjournment, saying they had not received disclosure of certain elements
