He said: “I really enjoyed painting and decorating. I find it so therapeutic.“I just finished my whole house - well the downstairs - I had time off and fancied it.
I challenged myself to do it all, cutting the coving, doing the skirting boards and cutting in. I even got a work out from rolling the ceilings, stuck a bit of music on and got a pump on.“I enjoyed that.
