Concern for missing Rochdale boy, 15, who may have travelled to Wales

He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey, hooded jacket and blue joggers. Police shared a picture of Wesley as part of an appeal for help to find him and said officers 'are becoming increasingly concerned' about him.
