Phil's agency, Off The Kerb confirmed that Phil died on Saturday. His wife was by his side. His fans, colleagues and social media followers have all paid tribute to the late comedian.The statement issued by Off The Kerb read: "It is with deep sadness we have to announce the death of Phil Jerrod.
