More than 2,000 babies, toddlers, children and teenagers across Renfrewshire woke up to a happier Christmas thanks to the incredible efforts of a team of volunteers.Renfrewshire Toy Bank gathered thousands of donations from Renfrewshire residents and businesses to hand over to social workers, health visitors and community groups.They then gave them to those most in need who may otherwise have gone without at Christmas.This is the fourth year of the Renfrewshire Toy Bank’s Christmas appeal and founder Lauren Roy-Sutherland said she was again blown away by the dedication of all the volunteers and the generosity of people in Renfrewshire.The mum-of-two said; “We are all volunteers, most of us have jobs and work alongside doing the toy bank.
