Stephen Glass will have to play the waiting game in his bid to land US striker Christian Ramirez. The Dons have agreed a fee with Major League Soccer and personal terms with the 30-year-old, subject to a work permit being sanctioned.
Houston Dynamo, however, want to bring in a replacement before they let Ramirez go. The Texan outfit are active in the market and aim to bring in another striker before the end of the month.It means that Ramirez won’t start pre-season with his new side.Glass, however, will be hoping that the move can be sealed quickly as the player will also have to self-isolate on his arrival in Scotland.
