Chris Eubank Jr has admitted he took a bite of Liam Williams' glove during their grudge match on Saturday night.Brit Eubank was dominant against Welshman Williams, who was knocked down four times, and won on a unanimous points decision with 116-109, 116-108 and 117-109 on the judges' scorecards. But the contest wasn't without its tests for the 32-year-old, as he was roughed up in the clinch on multiple occasions which led to repeated interventions from the referee. Not content with the response to the tactics from Williams, Eubank took action himself and responded with some "dirty fighting" of his own.He said post-fight: "We knew he was going to come dirty and try everything he could to take the fight to me, whether it was in or out of the rules of boxing."I'm upset the referee didn't take a point for the amount of headlocks, headbutts and everything was going on."I actually had to bite him at one point.

I've never bitten anybody in the ring before. Should the ref have got more involved? Let us know in the comments section."He squeezed his arm around my neck, his glove was kind of close to my mouth so I gave it a bite as hard as I could."If he's going to fight dirty, I'm going to fight dirty.

It is what it is, it was a fun fight."There was an added edge to the fight for Eubank, who Williams had said he wanted to "kill" in the ring."This was a personal occasion for me, it's never personal for me.

I'll always shake a man's hand after a fight, I didn't do that," he added."I think this is the first time in my career I've ever not done that.
