Britney had been under the conservatorship – which saw her dad Jamie Spears in charge of her estate – for 13 years. On Wednesday, during a hearting at Los Angeles Superior Court, a judge ruled that it was in Britney’s ‘best interests’ that her father be removed.
Britney has been fighting for her dad’s removal, after describing the conservatorship as ‘abuse’ and claiming it restricted her life more than necessary.
