It's not the first time City have travelled to League Two opposition under Pep Guardiola, with a trip to Newport in 2019, while they welcomed Port Vale to the Etihad last season.
Under current coronavirus protocols, though, there will be no fans at Cheltenham, and City will be unable to use the away dressing room as it is too small.
