Chelsea-mad OnlyFans star Astrid Wett has attracted criticism after calling for the club to erect a statue of Roman Abramovich outside Stamford Bridge stadium, despite his alleged links to despot war monger Vladimir Putin.Abramovich was effectively ousted as the club's owner following the UK government decision to freeze the assets of the billionaire in March, over his alleged links to Putin, who ordered the invasion of Ukraine. From a footballing perspective, the oil magnate oversaw perhaps the most successful period of the west London club's history, winning five Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups, two Community Shields, two UEFA Champions Leagues, to name just a few.

With these titles in mind, Wett took to Twitter to say: "Roman Abramovich statue at Stamford Bridge for all he’s done as our owner, agreed?"Abramovich has owned the club since 2003, and technically still does, but a takeover by an American group led by Todd Boehly is believed to be close to completion. The reaction to Wett's tweet was mixed, with some people agreeing that Ambramovich made Chelsea a footballing force.Others couldn't look past the humanitarian element, as the war rages on in Ukraine and the businessman's alleged pal has been accused of war crimes. "With his arm around Putin," one person responded, with a shrugging emoji.

Another person wrote: "Big Vlad statue might be more appropriate."A third person offered: "No. He may be a Chelsea legend in some respects but he's proven to be directly supportive and close with Putin.
