During the trophy-laden era there was often time for some hilarity during Celtic's AGM from a prankster who loved to make his questions last for ever.
But the time for laughing is over in the eyes of some shareholders who believe the board owe them answers over a variety of issues.A new Resolution 12 is in town and this one wants "the board to publicise plans related to the current board members and set up a relationship agreement".
There is likely to be a number of contentious issues on both sides that raise their head – Dermot Desmond's attendance record, Green Brigade protests, Bernard Higgins' appointment and the hasty exit of Dominic McKay.
