Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

The animal, now named River, was thrown out of a vehicle and dumped along an isolated area of Belmont Road. The shocking incident was witnessed by two women riding their bikes in the area at the time.
River was so weak she lay in the road unable to move - coming dangerously close to cars speeding by. Unable to reach her, the women called Kitty Rescue Bury for help.
