The mathematician said that she had enjoyed a gruelling kettlebells workout, which is a great tool for strength training and building muscle.
Looking fresh-faced in a makeup free clip, Carol told fans: "So I've got a very sweaty kettlebell session coming up now. "I did it yesterday and woah was it hard - 25 minutes, more or less non-stop, online and it's free on YouTube. "I found this amazing couple, called Juice and Toyah and they have lots of different workouts and I really like them."
