This month alone has brought two superior concept albums about unions being torn personally and legally asunder — first, Kacey Musgraves’ “Star-Crossed,” who used the occasion to move just a little further away from traditional country music, and now Carly Pearce’s “29: Written in Stone,” who’s moving a hell of a lot closer toward it as her preferred medium for heartbreak.
