CAPTAIN Tom Moore's daughter has angrily defended claims she "stole" her dad's charity cash. Appearing on This Morning, Hannah Ingram-Moore fought back tears as she spoke of her devastation.
She's been accused of trying to earn a six-figure salary as CEO of The Captain Tom Foundation, founded by the war veteran's family in the wake of his fundraising efforts.
The Sun revealed its at the centre of a Charity Commission regulatory compliance case, but Hannah insisted it's not an investigation.
When asked if there was any truth on the reports of her huge salary, Hannah said, “Absolutely none. It’s absolutely not true, what the trustees did was ask for a benchmarking and asked ‘if we were to employ a CEO what’s the highest, what’s the lowest’, so it’s simply not true.” She added: “I am guarding my father’s legacy, we would never hurt it. "But I would never be able to sit on here and tell you something that’s not true. "It’s clear, our accounts are there to be seen.
