Cambuslang gran and young-at-heart dancing queen Margaret McDade celebrated her 100th birthday with her closest family last week.Margaret – the oldest of six children – was born on March 22, 1920, in Westburn.Susan – her youngest sibling, who will be 87 this year – joined the Queen in sending Margaret warm 100th birthday messages.
After attending St Charles’ Primary School, Margaret began work at Richmond Park Laundry in Cambuslang at the age of 14.
