The Shakers were plunged into administration last November - more than a year after being kicked out of the Football League.
It has since been revealed that the club reportedly owes more than £12.2m in unsecured debt. Now, more than two years since a competitive fixture was played at Gigg Lane, Bury FC's administrator, Steven Wiseglass, of Inquesta Corporate Recovery and Insolvency, has appointed the chartered surveying firm Fleurets to sell the ground.
