A bulimic woman who weighed just 5st and was told by doctors she would 'end up dead' has shared harrowing photos after making an incredible recovery.
Weighing just over five stone at the age of 19, Casey Lees-Smith was skin and bone. She described feeling 'aches' because her body was so small, and battling with 'voices' telling her she 'wasn’t worthy of food'.
But five years later, and Casey now works as a fitness instructor helping other people to stay healthy. In 2015, working as a cafe supervisor whilst studying at Newcastle University, she was on her feet all day, burning more calories than she was consuming, reports Chronicle Live.
