Wearing a matching khaki workout look, Rio's muscles bulged through his long sleeved top. The broadcaster showed off his routine to his 4.6 million followers as he reposted the video to his own Instagram story.
Chris can be heard counting the reps and giving Rio encouraging words as he works with the heavy weights. Rio reposted a second video to his story, where he tackles drop sets.
