Lego set. You’ve seen the Lego Central Perk building set, the “Seinfeld” apartment, complete with hidden superman stickers and a festivus pole, and perhaps most impressive, their colossal 6,000-piece “Lord of the Rings” Rivendell set.
Now, Lego is catering towards the BTS Army with a “Dynamite” set inspired by the K-pop group’s chart-topping single. The $100 set, which will officially go on sale in early March, features the seven-piece band on the video set of “Dynamite,” boasting impressive detail from the music video such as the ice cream truck and donut shop.
Of course, mini Lego figures of the band members themselves — RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Koo — are also included for imaginative play.
The new set was the brainchild of two friends, Josh and Jacob, who pitched the idea as part of the company’s Lego Ideas program. “Josh did the building and design work and, as a massive BTS fan, I told him what needed to be in it, what details were most important.
