But everything changed when he met model Emma Heming through a mutual friend back in 2007. The pair instantly fell head over heels in love - despite their 23-year age-gap - and went on to tie the knot in 2009 at a civil ceremony in Beverly Hills.
Among their star-studded wedding guest-list was Demi and her then-husband Ashton Kutcher. Bruce and Demi's three daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah were also in attendance, as everyone admired Demi and Bruce's amicable friendship despite their once-bright flame burning out.
