Britney Spears is asking to speak out. The 39-year-old Glory pop princess will speak to the probate court this June regarding her conservatorship, Variety reported Tuesday (April 27). PHOTOS: Check out the latest pics of Britney Spears Following a hearing, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny scheduled a hearing on June 23 to allow Britney to speak on the “status of the conservatorship.” Her court-appointed probate attorney, Samuel Ingham, asked the court to set the date “on an expedited basis,” but did not indicate further what Britney wanted to say in court.
