After making a passionate plea to have her father removed from her conservatorship, a judge has denied Britney Spears’ petition.

Court filings have revealed that Judge Brenda Penny has refused the request made by the popstar and her team but has also ‘rubber stamped’ Bessemer Trust’s role as co-conservator of her estate.

Britney’s lawyer, Samuel Ingham, asked the LA court to remove Jamie Spears from his role in managing her estate, a role which he has had for 13 years.

In the court filings, Britney had requested that Bessemer Trust be appointed her sole conservator but the judge has only granted them to be co-conservators.
