Britney Spears' lawyer has vowed to move "aggressively" to end her dad Jamie Spears' role in her conservatorship.The Toxic hit singer, 39, won the right to choose her own attorney last week, after accusing her dad of "conservatorship abuse".

And the singer's new lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, has already got to work on her case. Speaking outside of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, California on Monday 19 July, Mathew said: "My firm and I are moving aggressively and expeditiously to file a petition to remove Jamie Spears unless he resigns first."
