Britney Spears can be heard getting very emotional as she delivered her testimony during yesterday's hearing into her conservatorship case.

In a leaked audio recording of the court hearing, the 39-year-old songstress seemed to fight back tears as she read out a lengthy statement in which she recalled the ordeal she has been living through since 2008.

The 23-minute long testimony included Britney revealing that she had been put on lithium medication that made her feel drunk, was banned from getting married and was forced to remain on contraception against her will.
