The 39-year-old pop star shares two children with Kevin - sons Sean, 15, and Jayden, 14 - from when they were married between 2004 and 2007.
Kevin has now said that all he wants for Britney is that she is "happy and healthy" after she revealed her feelings about living under the restrictions of the conservatorship.
