Britney Spears is reported to have selected a new conservator that would replace her father Jamie Spears on the arrangement.
The singer and her lawyer Michael Rosengart are understood to have filed documents requesting that a Los Angeles financial advisor named Jason Rubin be granted say over her estate instead of Jamie.
According to Rubin's website, he has experience in 'financial, elder abuse litigation and has managed complex trust portfolios." The finance expert also has a department at his accountancy firm dedicated towards dealing with conservatorships.
