Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.
Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Simon Cowell thinks the Muppets are real.The telly tycoon claims when he watches Kermit and Miss Piggy, he believes they are proper talking animals.Simon said: ‘‘With puppets, you have to believe that they are real.‘‘I don’t watch the Muppets thinking someone has got their hand up the frog.

I believe that Kermit is real.”Cowell, 62, speaks about his love for the Muppets on Britain’s Got Talent on Saturday, when two sets of puppeteers audition.The Handersons and Bee And Lotte try their best to impress the panel with their comedy acts.

When fellow judge Amanda Holden, 51, reveals she once “met” puppet Elmo, Simon refuses to listen in case she spills the beans about the character being operated with hands and wires.

Co-judge Alesha Dixon, 43, explains: ‘‘We don’t wanna kill the magic.”Meanwhile, Amanda, 51, tells the panel how she used to be a mini Lord Sugar when she was little.
