Phoebe's mother is none other than Sally Dynevor, who plays Sally Webster in Coronation Street, and the mother-daughter duo were seen out and about together at a farmer's markert Manchester this week.
And the Netflix star looked unrecognisable from the prim and proper high society lady she plays in Bridgerton. Wrapping up warm for the cold, Phoebe, 25, donned a thick black coat, which she teamed with a pair of purple leggings and green boots with a furry lining as she stepped out with her mum, 57.
