Cristiano Ronaldo could be forced out the door at Manchester United if Brendan Rodgers is appointed. United are looking for a new manager having sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after a 4-1 defeat to Watford on Saturday.
Rodgers is among the names in the conversation to become Solskjaer 's replacement along with Zinedine Zidane, Paris Saint-Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino and Ajax manager Erik ten Hag.
