Bradley Walsh stuns A Place in the Sun's Laura Hamilton with 'impossible' Egyptian pyramid theory

Bradley Walsh, the host of The Chase, left fans and podcast host Laura Hamilton in shock with his detailed theory about the construction of the pyramids.

He suggested that it was 'impossible' for the Egyptians to have built them. During his appearance on A Place in the Sun star Laura's official Mile Fly Club show, the gameshow presenter delved deep into the history of one of the world's most incredible monuments.

The pyramids, which have amazed humanity for thousands of years, were constructed as tombs for the pharaohs over 4,000 years ago, with more than 100 still standing.

The largest, the Great Pyramid of Giza, originally stood at 147m tall (482ft). It consists of approximately 2.3 million stone blocks, each weighing between 2.5 and 15 tonnes, which would have had to be transported to the site and lifted into place using techniques available at the time.
